John 16:23-25

New Matthew Bible

²³ And in that day you will ask me no question. Truly truly I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in my name, he will give you. ²⁴ Until now you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, so that your joy may be full.

²⁵ These things I have spoken to you in parables. The time will come when I will speak no more to you in figures, but I will show you plainly from my Father.
